There's hardly anything to criticize. The quality of the protein is excellent (unless it's a fake, be careful). I also tested it by checking the protein's coagulation from heat. Also weighed the pulp after drying. The amount of protein obtained corresponds to what's written on the jar.
The protein smells great, like pure chocolate, but there's a very faint scent of whey (barely noticeable). The shake mixes without foam.
It's a complex protein, but all of it is whey (concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate).
When I encounter questions on the internet or get asked in person: "Does it work?" I respond that it does, protein is protein, it's high-quality and nourishes the muscles. But remember, besides eating, you need to work out at the gym.
