Used it yesterday for the first time. I thought it would be incredibly painful. In fact, the pain is tolerable, it's okay, just tingling. The model is cool, does not skip or wring the hairs. It is not as noisy as some have described. The design is very nice, it is comfortable to hold in the hand, the power cord is long. I am completely satisfied.
