I bought a kettle REDMOND RK G 201 S (white color) from the Eldorado.UA online store. Two weeks later, it was accidentally hit, and the glass casing cracked. I called the warranty tech service and then the hotline of Eldorado and the REDMOND hotline... It turned out that this model is not officially supplied to Ukraine, and there are no spare parts for it at all... it's not serviced by anyone, neither under warranty nor for money... no one will bring spare parts either... Such is the service from the super company REDMOND... After such service, it's the last thing I bought from them... Yesterday we ordered this kettle on Allo, sent from Kyiv to Kharkiv. Picked it up today. The instructions say to boil water twice and drain it for disinfection and to eliminate any foreign odors. During the second boil, the kettle started leaking from the bottom. The third time it started leaking significantly. Now with the holidays, we are left without a kettle. =( Now we have to send it back to Kyiv starting January 9th and wait 14 days for a refund.
