I live alone for the time being, and the microwave oven occupies a prominent place in my bachelor household. It is very convenient to quickly warm up or defrost a semi-finished product with its help, which I use almost daily. The power of the microwave stream is not a record, but it is quite sufficient to heat up one serving very quickly. If you put about a kilogram of fried meat into it for heating (the kebab from the picnic remained), then it will take much more time, about 8-10 minutes. However, it is still much faster than putting the dish in a pan and putting it on an electric stove. Moreover, in the microwave, you can safely use the same dishes from which you will later eat. We heat quickly and get less dirty dishes - a double profit. I even tried cooking in it. Meat and vegetables were used. In principle, if the meat is tender (chicken breast) and it is not very thick, then under the grill in the combined mode it turns out well and even an appetizing crust comes out. But to fully cook, usually too lazy. But I can warm up snacks or make hot sandwiches. It is easy to clean: a sponge + a couple of fairy drops solve all problems - after all, any stains are removed very easily from a smooth glass-ceramic coating. The stove control is simple, even I would say primitive, but reliable, mechanical. The door of dark glass almost does not let in light. IMHO, they went too far with dimming and even a fairly bright backlight does not help. Extremely short electrical connection cable. 70 centimeters is enough only if you put the stove right next to the outlet. |
