SJCAM SJ5000 WiFi
 | Outdated Product 3 615 ₴ Wi-Fi version of the basic camera in the "5000th" series of camcorders for active filming SJCAM. The wireless adapter on board the model allows you to control the shooting process remotely, as well as use the "mobile phone" screen as a viewfinder. The action camera is built on a Novatek 96655 chip and a 14 MP image sensor from Panasonic. In operation, this bundle kindly provides the ability to shoot video in FullHD format (1920x1080 pixels) with a frame rate of 30 fps. The maximum aperture of standard optics for SJCAM SJ5000 Wi-Fi is f / 2.8, and the lens field of view is 170 °. Out of the box, the model is equipped with a waterproof box (for filming at a depth of up to 30 m), a rotating frame, bike handlebar and helmet mounts, a belt clip and a set of Velcro. The back of the camera housin...g is crowned with a 2-inch screen with a resolution of the displayed image of 960x240 pixels. The energy centre of the device is a 900 mAh rechargeable battery of the SJ-BAT model. |

Relatively inexpensive (when compared with GoPro, Sony and Garmin) and compact camera with decent video recording quality. It has a good modern 14-megapixel sensor and quite a fast processor. Together with adequate firmware, this package allows you to easily write good Full HD 1080p video at 30 or HD 720p at 60 fps. In both cases, the picture comes out clear and detailed. Personally, I even liked the color rendition, which is surprising in itself)) On the back of the camera there is a bright LCD screen with a decent resolution for its size. The mechanical push-button control is, in my opinion, quite convenient. The camera is equipped with a wide range of different mounting options, including a bicycle mount, and a waterproof box for underwater or rain filming. Can shoot even at night (under street lighting). The recorded video is stored on an SDHC memory card, but can be viewed via Wi-Fi using a smartphone with the application installed. The battery is not very large, 900 mAh, but it is enough for almost an hour of recording 1080p video. The sound recording quality is not at all pleasing. Even under ideal conditions, in a room without wind, the recorded voice sounds dry and lifeless. And the volume is also not good; sometimes you have to increase it later, in a separate audio editor. And yet, if small flaws when shooting video are masked by movement, then when shooting photos all the flaws are clearly visible. The images do not have enough contrast and there is some blurring of details. In short, photographs are fine for web pages, but for something of higher quality you will have to shoot with something else. |
