I've been using this device for 3 months now, and here's what I can tell you. During the operation, I found an issue with its cosmetic part. When looking up from below through the mesh, under the speaker, you can see either glue or sealant and unpainted MDF. Furthermore, the satellite wires are very thin, plus, each speaker requires two plugs: one for the lighting and another for the sound. If you plug one in, the other is hard to insert, making it necessary to cut the outer insulation. I also didn't like that it reads DVDs only with menus; if you just burn a movie to a regular blank disc, you won't be able to watch it. This seems minor, but it's unpleasant. Gesture control is a cool feature, but only to play around with for a couple of days. I used it at first, then it became a hassle to approach the subwoofer, so I did everything through my phone. The video signal (via HDMI) from the subwoofer to the TV is poor; even at 1080 it would be fine, but I think it's less. If they implemented the DVD function, they should have perfected it and made it full-featured. Without a TV, setting it up will be difficult, so grab an HDMI cable right away and connect it. What's nice is that the subwoofer integrates with the TV; turn on the TV, and the subwoofer turns on as well. Adjust the volume on the TV, and it changes on the subwoofer too. Turn off the TV, and the subwoofer turns off. The light music seems kind of cool, but I don't think it's very lively; sometimes it blinks appropriately, sometimes just at one tempo. It's a pity there's no regular AUX output; you need to buy a cable with RCA to 3.5 mm, which is a BIG MINUS. You can also connect sound equipment to the subwoofer using a "pair of RCA" cable. In general, good sound, relative mobility, the ability to control from the phone, the ability to pair with TV, NFC, Bluetooth, it does not phon in standby mode))) Some songs play beautifully by the way, and after listening you notice new sounds that you have not heard before in these same songs when listening on a different acoustic! No deep bass, satellites are too squeaky, a cosmetic jamb under the speaker, inside the buffer, the cable for connecting the satellites is thin Rahul, there is no output for the guitar, there is no normal aux, only through an adapter cord use Sony MHC-GT4D few months |
