Replacing a kitchen stove with a cooktop is now easier than ever. There are numerous options available. You can opt out of gas and buy a regular electric one with ribbon heaters, a halogen, or an induction cooktop. Alternatively, you can install a gas cooktop again, but one that's more modern, safe, and automated. I really didn't want to install a new electric input needed for connecting a full-fledged electric cooktop. Redoing the renovation along the entire hallway just for one cable seemed too expensive and silly. In the end, we stuck with gas and a completely new, beautiful cooktop. Four burners of different power – from a small kilowatt one for brewing coffee in a cezve, to a large one at 2600 W, which, if necessary, can very quickly boil 3-4 liters of water. The two separate monumental cast iron grates are impressive. Cookware stands very stable on them. There is an automatic flame ignition system and a gas-control safety system. The latter cuts off the gas supply if the flame extinguishes for any reason. The flame strength is adjusted by regular rotary knobs. In addition to all the technical delicacies, it should also be noted that this surface looks very modern and stylish. Made in Turkey. Glossy black glass. The rightmost handle heats up. All stores indicate a three-year warranty, which is one year longer than, for example, Bosch or Siemens. However, the actual warranty lasts only two years, and the third year promises only free service maintenance. |
