A simple, reliable and affordable built-in electric hob with a connection power of 5.5 kW. Refers to household class devices with traditional disc heating elements. Differs in democratic cost and intuitively clear control system with mechanical rotary switches. Massive disk elements heat up evenly, provide good heat transfer for heating dishes of various sizes and have significant thermal inertia.
The cooking surface VENTOLUX HE 604 INOX 1 received a durable worktop made of high-alloy stainless steel. It has an aesthetically flawless appearance and is easily cleaned of all types of contaminants using special household chemicals. This model is equipped with four burners in two sizes 2x145 / 2x180 mm with a nominal power of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 kW. Able to function flawlessly with significant voltage drops in east european electrical networks. It is intended for connection to a three-phase electrical network with a voltage of ~ 380V (work with a single-phase network of 220V is also possible).

The old electric stove was completely dilapidated (there was a strong deformation of the pancakes) and during the repair with the replacement of kitchen furniture, it was decided to replace it as well. At first there was an idea to buy a glass-ceramic hob or even an induction hob in its place. But these desires were shattered by the cruel realities of everyday life. Much more money was spent on kitchen furniture and repairs than expected, and we could no longer afford a fashionable hob. I had to buy an analogue of what we already had, but in a more modern version. This is a standard classic electric stove with pancake-style heating elements. Its main advantages are its affordable price and good repairability. The surface around the heaters is enameled, which is great because dirt can be easily wiped off good enamel without any major issues. The "pancakes" are of varying sizes, allowing you to choose a burner to fit any cookware, except for very small ones. The controls are standard, using knobs on the side. This doesn’t cause inconvenience, except the knobs may heat up, sometimes noticeably. Not all manufacturers offer an extended warranty on such products, but Ventolux generously provides a full two-year warranty. Although, I hope I won't have to use it. Like all electric stoves with such burners, the main drawback is the high inertia. As a result, it takes one and a half to two times longer to boil an egg compared to using regular gas burners. But since we don't have gas in our house and couldn't afford a fast induction surface, we have to wait. There are also issues with cleaning the burners from spilled food. Everything burns very quickly on a hot surface, and it's not easy to remove the burnt residue afterwards. |
We ordered it last year for our dacha, we were afraid that it would be ugly and uncomfortable (we have stainless steel).
