Power
The Vitek VT-1426 mixer belongs to low-cost goods, but at the same time it has all the necessary functions for preparing any dishes. First of all, its power is 500 watts, which is enough to quickly beat both egg whites and dough if you are cooking for the family. For professional use at home, it is better to choose a more powerful model — for example, Vitek VT-1424.
The device also offers 6 speed modes: minimum speed for bulk products and liquids and high speed for cream, eggs, cocktails, etc. There is a separate turbo mode to turn on the maximum speed — for example, for harder products or at the end to remove lumps. At the same time, the case does not heat up, but the manufacturer still advises not to overload the device with long-term work: turn it on for a maximum of 5 minutes, then let it cool for 20 minutes.
Nozzle set
The mixer comes with several types of attachments.
