This device is suitable for use only in the Chinese market. After installing "Xiaomi Home", it cannot be added to "my devices" unless the Chinese region is selected (and after selecting it, you'll encounter a wonderful quest using the Russian/English-Chinese interface). The doorbell operates through servers located in China, which results in up to a minute delay from the moment the button is pressed to receiving the push notification on the phone. The doorbell constantly goes offline, and during this time, settings cannot be changed, nor can you use the camera to see what's happening at the door. By the way, this speaker is a separate problem - it remembers its settings only until the power is lost (it operates from an outlet), and when the power is reapplied, it emits the first default ringtone at maximum volume.
