If you already buy a powerful air conditioner and spend a tidy sum of money on it, then you need to take a reliable device. The Chinese have mastered the art of riveting budget models with 15-25% higher performance on paper and crushing everyone else with a price. But there are few guarantees that such an inexpensive no-name miracle will far outlive its warranty period. Therefore, I was careful not to choose at a very low price and took a model of a more famous brand. So to be sure. Air conditioners of the 24th series are not cheap, but the prices for nonames and Daikin/Mitsubishi can differ significantly. I took what is called the "golden mean", that is, on the one hand, this is an acceptable level of quality, for which it is not a pity to give 19000+ hryvnias, and on the other hand, compared to Mitsubishi, the price is almost 30% less. At such amounts, this is a big savings, to be sure. This is the first working summer and the air conditioner frankly pleases. It is really very powerful and sitting right under it when it blows cold air at full fan speed is definitely not worth it. You can get a cold in about a minute, it makes a very cold wind. If you estimate, it turns out that in this case it pumps through itself 200-250 liters of air per second. For me, it cools two adjacent rooms of 45 square meters. In the first week I tried to cool the air in them to a temperature of 18 degrees, despite the fact that it was 34-35 degrees outside. About an hour later, the desired figure flaunted on the room thermometer. But it can also work slowly and very quietly. In night mode or at a low fan speed, it is very, very quiet. Also praise good filters (do not forget to clean regularly) and a convenient remote control. New, out of the box, it stank so much of cheap Chinese plastic that I was even upset and thought that I would have to return it. But either it was the packaging material that gave such a smell, or it was just that the natural process of weathering went faster in the air, but after a week there was no trace of the smell left. |
