Among kitchen machines there are many quality brands, there are newcomer brands and well-established names. Kenwood is a company that has been dealing with such equipment for 70 years, and this equipment is not cheap and is distinguished by good functionality and a consistently high level of quality. But I admit, I didn’t choose this brand; my wife knew exactly what she wanted from the very beginning.
The first significant plus is the brand of machine. Kenwood is an old, well-established crap that has no intention of lowering the high bar of quality, and their equipment is usually designed to last a long time. Then I must say that this is almost the ideal home dough kneader. My wife often cooks flour and homemade baked goods, the children love it very much and she tries to please them. So, this machine easily and, most importantly, quickly prepares any dough from liquid pancake dough to thick butter dough. I watched this process myself, helping my wife with the holiday cooking, and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of her work. Any housewife knows how much time and effort it takes to make steep butter dough for pies or bread, if you make it by hand. The machine does the same thing, but 2.5-3 times faster. Thanks to the clever planetary mechanism for rotating the nozzles, absolutely the entire contents of the bowl are mixed, no matter which nozzle is used. Dough, protein or butter creams, minced meat or pate - everything is kneaded perfectly. The machine has a very powerful electric motor (1200 W), capable of working for a long time without interruption, and a bowl made of impact-resistant transparent borosilicate glass bowl.
The price is high, but the body is made of inexpensive plastic and in general it looks very ordinary in appearance. The regulator has 8 speeds, but, in my opinion, 4 would be enough. Most often the minimum is used, sometimes the average and occasionally the maximum.
