Kindle Paprwhite после отключения от компьютера не видит некоторые книги. Антивирусом проверяла - все в порядке, перезагрузку делала (когда удерживаешь кнопку включения 30 сек), перепроверила формат книги - все в порядке. На всякий случай удалила книгу и снова загрузила. Calibre показывает, что книга есть на устройстве, но после отключения от компа ее снова нет в Киндле. Помогите. пожалуйста!

Помогите, пож-та, kindle запросил перезагрузку - получил. Теперь на экране зависла заставка. Удерживала кнопку включения 20, 60 сек, 2 мин - реакции ноль. Книга заряжена накануне, ч/з USB (как обычно). Теперь при подключении ноут книгу не видит.
