Вообще то, я считаю, что немцы делают лучшую бытовую технику в Европе. И хотя бренд Bosch де факто уже давно стал международным концерном и мало что производится на его предприятиях в Германии, я доверяю этой торговой марке и она меня никогда не подводила. Так получилось и в этот раз, купленный духовой шкаф вызывает у супруги исключительно положительные эмоции, и поскольку я тоже не чужд кулинарии, то и я им вполне доволен. О достоинствах этого духового шкафа можно рассуждать долго, но я ограничусь только основными моментами. Высокая скорость разогрева или прогрева/прожарки. Такое проворство объясняется высокой удельной мощностью, ведь 3,6 кВт нагревателей обогревают объем равный 53-м литрам. Замучу также, что стенки духовки греются, но не сильно, тангенциальный вентилятор свое дело знает. Высокая мощность совместно с конвекцией позволяют делать чудеса. Жена говорит, что выпечку она теперь печет процентов на 20-25 быстрее, а я тоже самое могу сказать о запекании мяса и особенно рыбы. Кстати, для таких вариантов можно использовать гриль со ступенчатым регулированием мощности. Кроме скорости так же хочу отметить высокую равномерность прожарки или выпекания. Чистится духовка как обычно, не могу сказать, что лучше или хуже чем моя 15-и летняя плита из Дружковки. Классные и действительно полезные направляющие для противня и решетки. Есть полезный режим размораживания, в котором продукты греются только до комнатной температурой. При работе конвекции гудит вентилятор. Звук заметный и лично меня раздражает. Были проблемы с подключением электрики, из-за высокой мощности которой пришлось от щитка по квартире прокладывать отдельный кабель. |
