What I love about German kitchen appliances is their solidity, good equipment and honesty. If it is already written that she can cook pastries, then she really does. For a long time I persuaded my husband to this purchase and finally finished it. The slow cooker is not very large, the full capacity of the pot with a high-quality Teflon non-stick coating is five liters, but the useful volume is less, about four. And our family is also not numerous - three people, so everything turned out as well as possible. The set includes a handy steaming basket, tongs for the main pot, a Teflon-safe spoon and a spatula. It is made in China, but the assembly is traditionally very high quality for Bosch. I cook porridge, rice, pilaf, simple soups in it. Good for cooking beans and peas. And even baking in the form of a simple sweet apple pie and cottage cheese casserole turns out well. Electronic control with a huge variety of modes allows both fully manual control, as well as the creation of your own programs. The heating is very uniform, it happened that the vegetables for pilaf were overcooked, but there was no such thing as to burn out. It also looks very stylish, in our modern kitchen it looks 10 out of 10. There is no condensate collection tank, so it may leak onto the table. Some programs have a default lower temperature, so the cooking process can take a long time. This happens, for example, with the "stewing" program. Unfortunately, special utensils for deep-frying are not provided with the device — you need to buy them separately. The multicooker meets high safety standards, implemented by the automatic shutdown function at the end of the cooking cycle and the locking of the settings buttons (protection from children). And the non-volatile memory instantly restores the operation of the device after a power failure, automatically continuing the execution of the programme.
