Rotex REPC75

We bought this multi-cooker pressure cooker to replace our old Panasonic multi-cooker. Since I can't imagine cooking without a multi-cooker anymore. The pressure cooker function was a bit disappointing because I expected it to be really fast cooking, but it saves maybe ten to fifteen minutes at most since it takes time to build up pressure and release steam, so it ends up taking almost the same amount of time. Maybe it works with long-cooking foods, like roasting a piece of meat, but in our family, we eat chicken, fish, things that cook quickly anyway, so those extra twenty minutes aren't really needed. The maximum time my dishes take is an hour. Overall, I like the device, and I use it quite often. Soups and borscht turn out very tasty, the flavor is completely different, and the vegetables retain their taste and don't get overcooked. Also, porridges, both with and without milk. I bake less often, as I prefer the oven, but there are dishes like casseroles that I make in the multi-cooker.

Rotex REPC75: everyone was happy, even if the outward valve was screwed into the vise (pressure relief valve). The service can't help. Maybe someone has come across this and knows the equivalent.
