The Bosch dishwasher presents the Serie 2 economy line. The model received an open control panel, made in a universal silver colour.

Quieter, more economical and more reliable

The Bosch SMI 25AS02 is equipped with an EcoSilence Drive inverter motor. It works quieter than brush counterparts: the noise level during the operation of the dishwasher does not exceed 46 dB. The advantages of the motor include increased durability, reliability and efficiency. The appliance consumes from 9.5 liters of water and 0.9 kW of electricity per wash cycle (class A++).

Good choice for most families

The dishwasher holds 12 place settings. Such spaciousness will allow families of 3 – 4 people to forget about the traditional kitchen routine. The working chamber of the model is represented by a pair of baskets, the upper one is additionally adjustable in height. Each of the containers has special holders for cutlery and cups.

5 wash programs

Bosch SMI 25AS02 has a load sensor and a cleanliness sensor. Thanks to them, the model supports automatic dish washing. Electronics determines the workload of the working chamber and the degree of pollution, taking them into account, sets the necessary operating parameters: temperature (from 45 to 65 degrees Celsius), cycle time and water consumption.

There are also 4 specialized programs: intensive, economical, hourly and for washing glassware. For most modes, additional functions are available: cycle acceleration (VarioSpeed Plus) and extra-drying (Extra Drying).

Easy Operation

The Bosch SMI 25AS02 control panel is represented by a rotary switch, buttons and a display with indicators. With their help, you can select the desired programme and functions, set the start timer from 1 to 24 hours, find out if the appliance does not have enough salt or rinse aid to work effectively. The dishwasher is equipped with an EasyLock door closer, which ensures that the door closes tightly without noise and/or damage.

The shortcomings of the model include the lack of protection from children and the appreciable duration of most programs in addition to the hour (over 200 minutes). If these moments are not embarrassing, then the dishwasher can become a balanced solution in which there is nothing superfluous.
