It took an inexpensive miter saw and a small review of the models that are sold on our market led me to this very worthy specimen. DWT is still a brand, so I was counting on a certain level of quality and got it, and relatively inexpensively. The saw is powerful, the 1600 W electric motor is a serious power, so you can cut large workpieces quickly and do it conveniently. The saw blade diameter is large - 255 mm, but the saw is also compatible with 250 mm blades. The cutting depth at a right angle is 70 mm, which is not a record (there are models with 255 discs cutting at 90 mm), but enough for my tasks. I liked the turntable, it has some minor problems with precise angle fixation, but these are more likely not problems, but features. Rotation angles are standard, 45 degrees in each direction. The tilt is also performed by 45 degrees to the right and left, the regulation is stepless. The bed is quite stable aluminium, weighing 11 kg. In principle, there are no complaints about her, but a couple more kilograms of weight would not be superfluous for her. For reliable stability, so to speak. I also like the rubber grips. On small volumes of work, this is not important, but when you cut a lot, even such a trifle matters. There is an official two-year warranty. A bag for collecting dust and debris does not solve the problem. But on the other hand, I was able to attach a cheap industrial vacuum cleaner to the branch pipe of its attachment. Here he already collects much more carefully. When fixing the rotation in the horizontal plane, the angle is slightly off, it just needs to be read initially when setting the value, and then everything works out. |
