Appearance and nothing else A 12V battery, discharged below 6V, is charged to 6V and the charger shows the battery is charged, then it does not charge the battery, all modes are set correctly, then you cannot charge the battery. The most ordinary Keta charger for a very expensive price. Have not found. I returned my copy to the store. Does not meet the stated parameters. It does not charge pulsed, but simply fills the battery with a voltage of 16v to the limit in about 20 minutes and turns off. There is one charging algorithm for all types of batteries.
