Introduced in 2019, the planetary mixer from the Swedish manufacturer Electrolux, in tandem with a 1200-watt motor, is able to quickly and efficiently process various food products. The user can flexibly adjust the speed of the motor, as he is offered a 10-step smooth speed control and a separate pulse mode. The Electrolux EKM 5540 food processor is equipped with two bowls of different capacities — 4.8 and 2.9 liters, respectively, for processing large and small portions of ingredients. A set of complete nozzles is represented by four confectionery accessories: two mixers, a dough hook and a whisk. Complete with a pair of lids for the bowl, one of which will prevent splashing, and the other will take care of hermetic closure and allow, for example, to store food cooked in the working container in the refrigerator.
