There are seven of us living in the house, such a big family. And although we do not gather all together at the same table every day, we try to maintain the tradition. It is clear that cooking for seven is not the easiest job, and without good kitchen appliances it is also physically difficult. Therefore, I always buy expensive and high-quality kitchen appliances. The oven was chosen for a long time, and specifically this model was liked by the fact that it has an electric probe thermometer in the kit.
The oven chamber is large, 74 liters is quite a lot. It has five pairs of guides and theoretically it can cook on two baking sheets at once. But we've never had that before, so I'm not going to lie. It can heat in different ways, there are as many as 10 modes of operation. Here and purely heating and heating with convection and a grill of different power and turogril. In short, choosing a mode is not a problem. It is selected by a recessed handle on the left, and the same one on the right is responsible for the temperature. In the center are the timer buttons and the indicator screen. In general, the control is simple, once thoughtfully read the instructions and you can turn it on. Just make sure that by the time you turn it on for the first time, the hood is working nearby))) In principle, this oven can cook almost everything, but meat and poultry are especially good at it. The fact is that for the proper preparation of these products, it is necessary that the inside of the meat warms up to a certain temperature. Overheat - the meat will be dryish, underheat - raw. But here there is a probe in the kit and you can set the desired temperature inside the piece or carcass. Insert the probe and just wait for the oven to beep. Such high-tech kitchens))
When using convection, hot air dries food a lot, so you need to use this mode wisely. Yes, and you also need to be able to use the probe and insert it correctly, otherwise we had misses a couple of times when the probe was baked, but not in other places.
