An electric oven, and even a built-in one, is not a cheap thing, so I spent a lot of time to figure out the functions and differences between models from each other. To be honest, probably during this time I would have managed to earn money for a higher-class model, but it turned out as it turned out))) This electrolux of Polish assembly seemed to me the best choice. The brand is well-known, one might say well-deserved, not doing nonsense. In general, we are satisfied with it. There are some minor flaws, but they do not spoil the good overall impression. It looks gorgeous, the combination of stainless steel and glass fits almost perfectly into the interior of our kitchen. No wonder the wife tormented the designer, the result was excellent. It heats up its far from small volume very quickly. 60 liters of the working chamber gain a temperature of 180 degrees in just 8-9 minutes. And it heats up very evenly. This is most noticeable when baking dough. The wife often makes long rolls with cinnamon, apricots and other fruits caught from the jam. So, in the previous oven, the far part of the baking sheet always warmed up better than the near one, and this was immediately noticeable on a long test sausage. But in this oven, none of that happens. Another big plus is the completely transparent glass of the oven door, with backlight, everything is visible through it, down to the smallest details. The mode and temperature are set on funny knobs built into the surface of the control panel, and the time is set on a separate timer with three buttons. Thanks to the smooth enamel and removable door, it is easy to clean after cooking. There is a noticeable noise during convection operation. It's not that he's very frightening, but I have a certain concern about this. I also didn’t really like the dangling handles of the recessed temperature and mode controllers, they are somehow weak. |
