Запускается и тухнет горелка

при малейшем изменении напряжения в стабилизаторе начинается запускаться и тухнуть котёл. это причина в котле или в стабилизаторе?

Слишком часто включается горелка. почему?

в этом году добавили количество батарей, запустили отопление. котел включается, горелка начинает загораться и гаснуть,каждые 2 секунды пока не наберет температуру, потом выключается.попробовали изменить полярность, но тогда выдает ошибку 5(сбой розжига горелки). горячей воды теперь тоже нет. в чем дело, помогите пожалуйста.
