Double-circuit gas wall-mounted boiler with a closed combustion chamber and forced smoke extraction. Positioned as a product of the middle price category, it is the pre-top model of the Minorca CTFS family. Differs in impressive thermal power and laconic design. Designed for organizing a heating and hot water supply system in country houses, city apartments, office, utility and industrial premises with a total area of up to 149 m2.
The turbocharged combustion chamber, made of sheet steel and ceramic panels, allows the boiler to be mounted directly in residential areas. A decent useful heat output makes it possible to obtain hot water for two sampling points in an amount of up to 11.4 L / min (subject to heating at 25 °C). For economical gas consumption, the Fondital Minorca CTFS 18 boiler is equipped with a durable modulated gas burner with electronic ignition and flame control by ionization current. Compact 3-speed pump with built-in automatic air valve and head up to 4.6 m ensures quiet and efficient circulation of the coolant. The electronic keypad with LCD backlight is simple and intuitive. The boiler demonstrates good energy efficiency and is equipped with a full set of protective systems (flame failure, lack of draft, violation, gas / water pressure drop, etc.).

I have this boiler, and I didn't choose it; the developer installed it. On the plus side, it heats water and the heating system very quickly. I connected four radiators to it, with pipe lengths around 40 meters (both ways) + 95 meters of underfloor heating pipe. I installed the underfloor heating on uniboxes, but the pressure still needs to be sufficient to heat everything and maintain the flow. I specifically checked how long it takes to circulate heat through all the pipes and how quickly it heats the floor. The pipes were hot (50 degrees) within 7 minutes. It took 40 minutes for the floor to heat the concrete. Two pumps, which is important, plus there's a tank with preheated water that can be used for hot water. But, it still kicks in after 5 seconds of turning on the water. But the consumption is not high. In summer, just for hot water, I used 12 cubic meters per month (only hot water). Based on my calculations, one day of heating consumes 4.5 - 5 cubic meters by the boiler. Which, to me, is not that much, considering how much comfort having such a system provides in the house/apartment. Some advantages I've noticed during operation. When heating water, it turns on at full power, makes noise for literally 7 seconds, then reduces power and maintains the temperature. It is not noisy and heats water quickly. It consumes very little electricity at its peak, which reduces the cost of the stabilizer and the UPS. You can get the cheapest 150-watt stabilizer and an 800-watt UPS, and this should be enough for a day if the power is cut off. Not noisy. Heats up water quickly. Works great for heating. even if you hang a lot of radiators on it for a long distance. It is very easy to switch modes, everything is done with one button. There are several modes here: only hot water (summer mode), hot water + heating, heating, standby mode, service mode. In the same way, it is very easy to set the desired temperature. On the right are two buttons for heating, on the left are two buttons for hot water. The temperature set in the menu holds flawlessly. Economical. If there is a 6l boiler, it still always turns on the burner to maintain the temperature in the boiler.
