The InFocus IN83 Full-HD 1080p projector uses the latest Texas Instruments DarkChip4 technology to deliver truly deep blacks and crystal clear whites. ANSI contrast ratio is 5000:1, which can be increased to 15000:1 when using aperture.
This projector is amazingly bright, calibrated to the D65 standard, and can be used even in a partially darkened room. 1600 ANSI lumens brightness optimized for video.
Infocus IN83, uses HDMI 1.3 with DeepColor support. This new HDMI standard can display up to 1.07 billion. Comprehensive connectivity is provided by DVI, HDMI, computer, component, composite and S-video inputs, trigger outputs, and an RS232 control port. (DeepColor requires a compatible player that supports HDMI 1.3 to work correctly). For video processing, the Infocus IN83 projector uses a Pixelworks DNX processor. A built-in 2.35:1 converter allows the IN83 to be used with an anamorphic Cinemascope/widescreen lens (sold separately).
InFocus Colour Gamut and ISF Day & Night settings allow you to optimally configure the projector to work at different times of the day (with different room lighting).
