Unlike conventional petrol mowers, it works much quieter, here the electric motor wins hands down over internal combustion engines. But the electric cable needs to be long and you need to be distracted by it from time to time. It cuts the grass quickly and neatly, and I collect the cut grass in a twenty-five-litre grass catcher. You can change the mowing height by adjusting the wheels. There are three positions: 25, 40 and 55 mm. The engine is quite powerful, kilowatt. The torque is transmitted to the rotary knife using a belt drive. There is a folding handle that can be reduced in height. The controls are convenient, and it didn't take much getting used to. The wheels are a bit small, this is not a problem on flat areas, but if there are bumps, then some inconveniences arise. Not the widest mowing width. 32 centimeters is frankly not much, usually such lawn mowers have a minimum width of 40 cm, and full-size models usually have 50 cm. So you have to make more passes, but thanks to the small size, this machine has very good maneuverability. Going around a tree or any other obstacle is not difficult at all. Personally, I also think the grass catcher is too small. It is convenient only in situations when you are cutting a slightly overgrown lawn. If the grass has grown decently, then it fills up too quickly. I try to arrange mowing regularly, but sometimes I still have to make unnecessary movements. In general, the listed disadvantages are not fundamental and I would call them minor inconveniences. |
