I have been drinking coffee all my adult life, I love high-quality bean coffee, and now that I have the financial opportunity to buy a good automatic coffee machine, I have finally gotten rid of the need to brew coffee by hand. Complete automation of the brewing process. I just place a cup, press a button, and in 2-3 minutes, I have my favorite coffee. Of course, you need to pre-load the machine with beans and pour in good water, but it holds more than 300 grams of beans and about two liters of water. For my wife and me, this amount lasts at least four to five days during the weekdays, with the water running out before the beans do. I prefer a "nuclear" espresso, while my wife likes an Americano or cappuccino more. As I mentioned, espresso is made very quickly, especially since the machine has two parallel working boilers and features a double grind option for making larger cups (the grind size and coffee strength can be adjusted). The cappuccino preparation process is not fully automated, and you need to handle the milk or cream in a semi-manual mode. But the result is still delightful, though not any cream will do. It's best to use only natural cream, without vegetable fats, and "adapted for whipping" with natural stabilizing additives. It makes a lot of noise when working. But this is understandable, because silent coffee grinders have not yet been invented. The heating of cups with already prepared drinks is weak. To say that it keeps coffee hot would be an exaggeration; rather, it stays warm. Not just any cream is suitable for operating a cappuccino machine, but only high-quality natural and fatty ones. |
