Strong sidewall
Comfort Grip on ice and ice 3 points out of 5. alex alex: use Michelin X-Ice Snow 205/60 R16 96H more than year |
I took a second set for another car.
Made in Russia. Excellent braking In response to all provocations of skidding, it stabilizes on the ice. It falls a little short of the studded Michelin North 3. 185/65r14 175/65r14 Both cars without ABC Always confident and predictable.
Quiet Reliable I almost climbed the icy snow-covered bumpy slope of ~45° with rear-wheel drive; there was not enough room to accelerate.
From my experience ~900t.km Michelin is the cheapest tire if you understand how to count. use Michelin X-Ice Snow 185/60 R16 86H few months |

Volkswagen Golf 7 2.0 TDI 6DSG car.
Mileage on these tires is at least 40,000 km. I ride long distances, track.
On a slippery road (thin ice or ice), braking and acceleration are difficult. Rating 3 points out of 5. When braking on ice, the abs work immediately, the car moves forward. When you even smoothly give the gas, the sensor immediately flashes and there is a skid.
In the snow, dry and wet, I rate 4 out of 5 points - normal but nothing special, for some reason many people overtake me at the start of the traffic light in simpler cars, and when I add gas, the grip disappears, the wheels spin. Brakes in snow well, but not better than others.
I give 5 out of 5 points for strong Bukovyna.
I give 5 out of 5 points for comfort.
I have a lot of experience using both winter friction tires and winter studded ones.
Hakkapelita P2, Bridgestone VRH, Kontiaiskontakt - that is, I am very much on topic and know what I am writing about.
Frictional Hakkapelita EP2 and Bridgestone VRH were better on ice and ice.
Contiaiskontakt spiked is generally fantastic.
In general, nothing special for such a price, and only thanks to the strong sidewall and comfort, I give a total rating of 4 out of 5.
Purely winter indicators are quite low - not what you expect after commercials.
