The console is excellent, it works without problems. The performance is high, I think it will be relevant for many years to come. XBox is a great choice. I chose the Xbox mainly because of its interesting exclusives. However, both consoles are very similar to each other, so it's worth choosing based on games. The console itself is solid. Yes, it's bulky and looks like an old VCR, but that gives it a certain style. Games run perfectly, everything loads quickly and without lags. The graphics are top-notch, judging by game reviews online, at least not inferior to the PlayStation. The store is simply designed but convenient - you can find an interesting game without any problems. Good disk drive: now the disk inserts just into a slot, which is very convenient. Games from the disk run well too, without any glitches or slowdowns. As for the gamepad. Initially, it seemed too large and not ergonomic at all. But after about a week, I got used to it, and now I can't understand how to play with other controllers. So, all these talks about an uncomfortable gamepad are baseless; you quickly adapt to it. For me, it's important that it has a Terabyte of memory onboard. I barely use Kinect, for now, it's just there as decoration. For some reason, the power supply unit gets very hot. The gamepad runs on batteries, so they need to be recharged, which is a bit annoying. Practically half of the console's body is made up of a grid that collects dust beneath it. |
The console runs smoothly, the design is really cool, and there are plenty of games (exclusives are constantly being released). I really spent an unreal amount of time debating whether to buy the new Shaitan Box or the new Ployka. Ultimately, I settled on the model from Microsoft, and I have no regrets about my choice. In terms of functionality, both consoles are almost identical, but the "Box" has a few advantages. Firstly, it looks cool. The console is indeed large, but it appears very stylish. It works surprisingly quietly. The fan noise is only noticeable in complete silence, and even then, only if you listen closely. I haven't noticed any glitches in the games yet (there have been some, of course, but they are mostly related to the games themselves). The main advantage of the console has to be the gamepad. It's simply fantastic - it fits perfectly in your hand, the batteries last a long time, no issues there, and I really liked how it vibrates, accurately conveying what's happening on the screen. The package includes a Kinect, and the console is not sold without it. Personally, I don't need it at all, and it makes the console more expensive. It's also unclear why the power brick is so huge and heavy—it reminds me of a brick. Of course, you can hide it somewhere, but it's still too bulky. Xbox doesn't respond well to voice commands. use Microsoft Xbox One 500GB month or more |
The third generation of Xbox game consoles from Microsoft, which entered the market in 2013, is the main competitor of the PlayStation 4. One of the main differences of the model is advanced multimedia capabilities that turn it into a full-fledged home multimedia centre. This modification is additionally equipped with a proprietary contactless controller Kinect.
Kinect 2.0
A new version of an advanced non-contact touch game controller that allows you to interact with the console using movements, gestures and voice commands. The technology is not only deeply integrated into the operating system of the console, but also supported by many games, which provides the user with a completely new gaming experience.Xbox Live
A proprietary network service from Microsoft, which is also deeply integrated into the operating system of the set-top box and significantly expands its capabilities. Including:
- — the ability to play in multiplayer, chat with other players from around the world, group chat, share achievements, achievements, etc.;
- — clients of popular social networks and web services (Facebook, Twitter, last.fm, YouTube, etc.);
- — a full-fledged browser for surfing the Internet and a Skype client for video calls;
- — Zune media player.
Many features of the service are available only with a paid subscription.
Xbox SmartGlass
A dedicated application for the Microsoft Xbox One game console, aimed at closer integration with modern smartphones and tablets on the Android, iOS and Windows platforms. The most interesting and important thing here is that the technology is supported by many modern games and applications, thanks to which a smartphone or tablet can also be used during the gameplay, as a control panel or an additional screen, for example.
Smart TV
Microsoft paid a lot of attention to its TV capabilities of the new set-top box. Xbox One not only supports digital TV, but also has many smart TV features.
