При включении горит только красный свет, не переходит в зеленый,батарейки новые #

Включается не сразу #

Столкнулась с такой проблемой на 2й день использования - включается не с первого раза, хотя аккумуляторы полностью заряжены, издает писк-выключается, и только после нескольких включений издает долгий писк и работает.
Кто нибудь сталкивался?
