I have had two different electric shavers: "Kharkov" and a budget Philips. So I have something to compare with. And the comparison is definitely in favor of this new acquisition. You can't compare it with the "Kharkov" at all, they're technologies from different planets, or maybe even different civilizations ))) But with its branded predecessor, which worked for about ten years, they are quite comparable. This model captures lying hairs much better. Its floating head is softer and works better over complex contours. It doesn't damage the skin, even after the first shave there's no hint of irritation. To be fair, my tanned face played a significant role here )) It has a built-in battery, which is convenient and saves valuable morning time. In fact, in half the cases, I shave in the morning with one hand, while doing something else useful with the other. So I'm not tethered to a socket and can simultaneously drink coffee, gather necessary items, talk on the phone, etc., while shaving. It has a high-capacity lithium battery. Its charge is sufficient for about a week of regular use. It charges in just an hour and has a clear and convenient charge level indicator. It cleans by rinsing. This is more hygienic than dry cleaning, and in addition, I rinse the screens and blades with 60% alcohol every two or three months. There's an included trimmer with a limiting attachment, which for some reason is called a styler.
