Bought it 3 years ago. I shave with it every two days consistently. It has never let me down. For anyone looking for an electric shaver without any frills, this is 101% the shaver I would recommend. Good razor Neznaishov use Philips HQ6946 more than year |
I have problematic skin. Acne started in my teenage years and has been ongoing for 15 years. I've tried various treatments, switched several dermatologists, took antibiotics, supplements, and underwent different physiotherapeutic procedures, but all these provided little help. I only shave with electric rotary shavers. My skin cannot tolerate razors with blades at all. I bought this shaver to replace the domestic Kharkiv shaver, which started having motor issues. And Philips is a reliable company, plus they offer a whole two-year warranty on this shaver. By the way, I heard that in Europe, these shavers come with a three-year warranty, but here it's reduced to two years. Well, compared to Kharkiv this is night and day. It glides smoothly and silently, cuts bristles remarkably well. The floating head system really works and springs flexibly across the contours. The shaving quality is very high, at least while the blades are new. It’s said that the blades last about one and a half to two years, so there’s no need to worry about that for now. It also fits well in the hand, you can tell Philips works well on ergonomics. A decent trimmer. I usually don’t pay attention to such additional features, but here the trimmer is really top-notch. It's necessary and possible to align sideburns with it. Easy to clean. The first couple of weeks there was some slight irritation in places, but it went away on its own without needing any remedies. I inquired about the cost of new blades and was slightly shocked. The price of the blades and foils is roughly equal to the price of a new shaver. (( |
