With such a poor service, the purchase of products from this company does not make sense.
  
for half a century of passion for music, there was a lot of various equipment in use, including from the Pioneer company. Of course, there were failures, but repeated failures were extremely rare. But the Pioneer A-70 amplifier was clearly out of luck. The situation repeats itself for the fifth time: if there is no sound signal for several minutes, the protection is triggered. For several months the amplifier was under repair. At the same time, twice at the local service center, the malfunction resolved itself, but a month or two passed and everything repeated. After the fourth failure, the power supply was replaced. This time the amplifier worked for more than a year, but again a similar failure arose.
The amplifier has been crowned with many awards, which was the main criterion for its purchase. Indeed, it copes well with its functions, but somewhere there was a system failure with reliability. Sent an official letter to the top management of the company. Received a cynical reply with advice to seek help from the corporation's website. Alas, it was not possible to register on the site. The message I sent showed: BEING PROCESSED #231849 Created on Sat, Aug 3 at 5:19 PM.
This "help" was limited. There was no response for 10 days...

great model, I really liked it
  
Very carefully approached the choice of amplifier. I did not want to buy a compromise model and sacrifice sound quality. I am very glad that I chose the A-70DA. Listening before buying, of course, allowed us to evaluate the sound quality, but in the home environment everything turned out to be more interesting. The first thing I felt after buying was the weight. The amplifier weighs almost 20 kg, and every kilogram, judging by the sound quality, is needed and works one hundred percent. Characteristics of the signal-to-noise ratio (Main) - 110 dB - a very worthy figure. Now about three months have passed since the purchase and the amplifier shows itself perfectly in operation. The sound quality is still only pleasing. The minimum set of sound adjustments is enough, and these are adjustments for treble and bass, balance, level and loudness. Would I buy this model again - yes, without hesitation.
