Grill press Polaris PGP 2402 is manufactured with the direct participation of Swiss specialists who are the developers of the design and provide control over its production. The appliance combines the functionality of a traditional contact grill, as well as a barbecue and mini oven. In the grill press mode, the device is perfect for grilling meat and fish on both sides, as well as preparing hot sandwiches, toasted bread and closed Italian panini sandwiches. In BBQ mode, the top plate is rotated 180° and the food is fried on one side only and then flipped. In the mini-oven mode, portioned cuts of meat and vegetables are laid out on the bottom panel, and additional heat comes from above without direct contact with the product.

Panels with built-in heating elements

The total power of the heating elements built into the 29x23 cm removable panels is 2000 W. For reliable power contact of heating elements of working panels, they should be fixed with special push-button latches. Corrugated metal plates have Biotore's proprietary non-stick coating and are equipped with channels for draining excess fat into a tray installed in the body of the device. The grill has a massive heat-insulated metal handle with a plastic slip for a safe grip, with which it is convenient to adjust the height of the upper heating panel. On the facade of the metal case there are 2 rotary switches for setting the thermostat temperature (100 – 230 °C) and the shutdown timer (0 – 30 min), as well as 2 indicators: power supply and panel readiness. The device has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
