04/30/2018 I bought a SAMSUNG TV model UE32M5500AU at the Comfy store for 14,711 UAH. This price also includes a wall mount and an HDME cable. I've been dreaming about buying it for a long time, and I finally bought it. The TV turned out to be excellent, with smart TV and all the bells and whistles. And now, two years later, namely 05/20/2020. Strange stripes appeared on the TV, and then the screen went completely dark. A photo of the black screen is attached to the review. At first I thought that it’s no big deal, I’ll take it to the service department, because the TV is almost new. I called the Comfy hotline and they pointed me to the nearest specialized SAMSUNG service. From my house to the service center it’s 59 km, with a 32-inch TV you can’t go by public transport, I went by car. Round trip 118 km. I took the TV to a service center and they took it for diagnostics. Выбирал между этой моделью и LG 43"Full HD Smart TV (43LK5910PLC).Решил брать Самсунга -достали новий с коробки,проверил - нашел битый пиксель.Принесли второй,достали - проверяю на пиксели,на белом фоне замечаю пять вертикальных полос(как будто масляные пятна).Продавец говорит это подсветка так ложится и это на всех так.Как будто матрицу в нутрии что то подпирает.Решил посмотреть на LG.Проверил на витрине телевизор - белая матрица,ни полос,ни битых пикселей.Взял такой же(LG) с коробки.Итог:Три Самсунга - два с битыми пикселями,все три с этими полосами.Два LG - никаких нариканий.
Пульт на этом Самсунге как на дешёвом китайце,не приятный на вид,в руке держать не удобно(много граней)-одним словом ущербный. Звук очень сочный,с басами,20Вт Битые пиксели,полоски на матрице,ущербный пульт,браузер очень медленный. i recommend it don't buy |
