Одно хорошо,что в "букваре" есть описание температурных режимов,можно подобрать другой режим приготовления. Подходит чаша от редмонд Нет звукового сигнала, половино программ вылетает, кашу готвит час? Это полный пипец. Плюс ко всему мощность высокая. Редмонд лучше. Думаю, что название мультиварка само по себе неправильное. Лучше бы такие аппараты называли бы медленноварками. Причем я использую этот термин в хорошем смысле этого слова. Все что требует неторопливого, но равномерного подогрева можно и нужно готовить именно в ней. Это лучший аппарат для приготовления разного рода каш, что я когда либо использовала. Сам процесс получается до неприличного простой. Залить воду, засыпать крупу, включить нужный режим и можно спокойно дожидаться финиша. Каша или плов гарантированно не подгорят, вода не выкипит и вообще, внимания такой процесс требует минимум. Кроме этого она может работать пароваркой и хоть я с детства терпеть не могу продукты приготовленные на пару. Мужу приходится придерживаться строгой диеты, с язвой двенадцатиперстной кишки не забалуешь. В приготовлении и мойке она удобна. Чаша в ней стальная с керамическим покрытием. Управляется мультиварка блоком электронного управления с таймером и возможностью отсрочки. Есть масса встроенных рецептов, но большую часть я даже не пробовала готовить. Предпочитаю или простые программы для каш или ручные настройки. Поначалу смущал запах пластика. От новой мультиварки он шел настойчиво и сильно. И только две проработки с кипящей водой остроту этой ситуации немного уменьшили. Антипригарное покрытие чаши нужно всячески беречь от повреждений, потому что я свою уже умудрилась поцарапать. Неплохо так расходует электроэнергию, при том что за газ мы все равно платим по полной, без счетчика. |
