Не знаю как на домашней кухне, но в общежитии мультиварка это полезнейшая вещь. У нас коридорная система и на огромный коридор приходится всего две комнаты-кухни в каждой из которых две газовых плиты. Но не все из восьми конфорок работают и получается, что вечером после шести часов, желающих занять место на плите гораздо больше чем этих самих мест. А мультиварка зачастую позволяет отказаться от плиты полностью. Это сравнительно небольшая и недорогая машина, которую мы с моей подругой купили в складчину в общежитие. Живем мы в комнате вдвоем, учимся в университете и параллельно работаем, поэтому свободного времени мало и бегать на кухню, чтобы занять место на плите часто просто некогда. А в этой машинке многие блюда можно готовить прямо в комнате. Больше всего мултиварака подходит для приготовления самых разных каш. Овсянку, пшеничную, гречневую и конечно же рис, она заваривает сравнительно быстро и получается очень вкусно. Так же в ней можно варить макароны и макаронный изделия и готовить супчик. Супчик, правда диетический, настоящий борщ в ней никак не сделать, но если приспособиться, то получается очень даже вкусно. В принципе, в ней можно даже жарить и есть программа для жарки во фритюре. Кроме этого мы в ней отвариваем овощи и даже пробовали делать простую выпечку – яблочный пирог. Я не думала, что вообще что-нибудь из этой затеи выйдет, но получилось и очень даже вкусно. Чаша тут небольшая, трехлитровая, с тефлоновым антипригарным покрытием. Это значит, что каши или супчика можно делать не больше чем 1,5-1,8 литра. Но нам на двоих как-раз хватает. Одно из главных достоинств это автоматизация, то есть помешивать чашу, конечно, нужно, но запрограммированное отключение не даст продуктам пригореть или развариться сверх меры. На газу все тоже самое можно сделать гораздо быстрее. Даже такая простая вещь как варка яйца тут растягивается надолго. Но это для мультиварок нормально и если все планировать, то и проблем не возникает. Но, боюсь проблемой может стать очень мягкое антипригарное покрытие чаши. Очень уж легко оно царапается. |
