The east european company TSS develops generator sets, welding machines, and many other equipment and manufactures it under its own brand at foreign factories. Diesel generator DGW 7.0/250ED-R can be used to connect welding machines and other power plants, as well as common household appliances.
Ergonomic design
The 710x470x610 mm device is compactly “packed” in a metal frame and has an IP 23 protection level, which prevents objects with a diameter of 12 mm or more, dirt and moisture (rain with wind) from entering. The protective cover and frame are powder coated to prevent corrosion. Thanks to the wheels and a sturdy wide handle, the 119 kg generator can be moved to any convenient place.
Engine and fuel consumption
The engine is capable of generating up to 7 kWh. The engine is started manually or by an electric starter. Preheating of the system allows easy start-up even at low temperatures down to -15 °C. The fuel tank holds 12.5 liters, which at a flow rate of 1.9 L / h ensures continuous operation at full power for 6.5 hours.
Welding made easy
Continuously adjustable welding current up to 230 A allows long-term (PV-60%) welding with a 5 mm electrode without overloading or overheating the generator, allowing you to create a high-quality neat seam.
Control
On the convenient control panel there are 2 sockets 230 V for 16 and 32 A, with protective covers, 12-volt DC output. Automatic voltage regulator, voltmeter, hour metre, circuit breaker, welding current display, automatic shutdown at low oil level are provided.
