After buying a new apartment, I did repairs for a long time and one of the most difficult moments of this epic was the kitchen. I decided to make the kitchen modern, with the maximum amount of built-in appliances. But the choice of built-in models is not as wide as we would like, and it frankly dragged on. This Whirlpool model has become a lifesaver, which at a reasonable price has all the necessary functions. The first thing that was required from the microwave was the volume. In our family, such an oven is used not so much for cooking, but for heating and reheating already prepared dishes and, occasionally, for defrosting. If everything is clear with heating sandwiches, cereals, meat dishes and other goodies, then I have a special opinion about defrosting. IMHO, defrosting should be slow and natural, which allows you to save the maximum texture of the product, taste, vitamins and other benefits. Therefore, we use defrosting in the microwave extremely rarely and, most often, for defrosting ready-made semi-finished products. The volume of this oven is sufficient to put large containers in it and heat the whole family at once. It heats up quite quickly and evenly, it is felt that the special system for uniform distribution of wave energy over the volume of the chamber really works. Externally and to the touch makes a good impression. Management is convenient, and the materials from which the oven is made are of high quality. In my opinion, this model, like all other microwave ovens, is not suitable for cooking. The finished dish most often turns out to be overdried, and I don’t particularly like the specific aftertaste. |
