The toothbrush came with only one head and a USB charging cable. The battery charged in about 10 hours, which is quite long, although I read that it only has 700 mAh inside. It lasts me about 20 days if I brush only in the mornings for 2 minutes. Replacement heads are a bit expensive here, but finding them on AliExpress or GearBest is not a problem; a set of 3 pieces costs about $15, which should last for a year. The toothbrush feels pleasantly glossy to the touch and has four indicators - a multicolor battery indicator that changes color depending on the charge level and three modes - normal, light, and manual, which is customizable through a smartphone. I used the toothbrush through the Mi Home app, where you can choose the brushing duration, track statistics, and find a bunch of useful features. It doesn't buzz very loudly, the sound isn't annoying, and my fillings haven't fallen out yet =), but this is a sonic toothbrush, not ultrasonic, so I don't expect such problems to occur here.
