На манометре падает давление , утечки в системе не видно , что делать ?

открываю подпитку подымаю давление , но постепенно оно падает, заглянул а снизу видно ржавый подтек,

При включении котла,когда он начинает грется на цифровом циферблате мигает буква Е.Батереии свою темпиратуру не нагоняют.Что это означает,какая это ошибка?
