An ATX format motherboard primarily designed for building servers and high performance workstations based on the multi-core Intel Xeon E5 v3 processors with Haswell and Intel Xeon E5 v4 Broadwell microarchitecture. The model is equipped with two Intel LGA 2011 v3 processor sockets and allows you to assemble the most powerful computing configurations in standard ATX cases. Thanks to the support of dual-processor installations of the Intel Xeon E5 v4 CPU, it is possible to create 44-core systems operating at a maximum clock frequency of up to 3.6 GHz.

Such performance can be demanded by both a server and a powerful graphics station. The Asus Z10PA-D8 ASMB8-IKVM motherboard has eight slots for installing DDR4-2400 ECC LRDIMMs (4 modules per processor) with an impressive maximum total capacity of 512 GB. The board is equipped with 6 PCI-E slots, two of which can work in PCI-E x16 mode. The built-in storage subsystem consists of one high-speed M.2 Socket 3 port and 9 SATA 3 connectors, which can be organized into a software RAID level 0, 1, 10 both in Windows and Linux environments. In addition, the manufacturer optionally offers the supply of a hardware 8-port SAS RAID controller ASUS PIKE II 3108 connected to a PCI-E x8 slot. The board is also equipped with two high-speed GbE LAN adapters and a LAN IPMI remote management port, available regardless of the processor, BIOS, and operating system.
