Отличная хлебопечка. Отлично печет. На функции джема даже пробовала делать кашу с грибами - получилось оочень вкусно. Также радует функция замеса теста. Выручает и в приготовлении пицы, и в приготовлении кулича (на этапе необходимости вымеса теста). Не знаю как в других хлебопечках, но в этой при замесе теста в прямоугольной форме лопатка не достает всю муку по углам и часто на готовом хлебе по уголкам остается запеченые недозамешенные кусочки теста/мука. Зная это, я в процессе замеса теста контролируя "колобок" силиконовой лопаткой собираю со стен остатки муки и докладываю их в общую массу замешиваемого теста. И тогда все получается отлично. И еще один момент - высокая форма - хлеб получается в форме короткого высокого кирпичика. Конечно на вкус это никак не действует, но на удобство "поедания" - да. У моей свекрови другая хлебопечка - там длинная форма с двумя лопатками - так вот там и по углам мука не остается и форма хлеба удобная на выходе получается. Но это не недостаток. I recommend everyone to purchase the Gorenje BM900 AL. Do not pay attention to the recipes in the book. Use tried-and-true recipes and follow them precisely. Under no circumstances should you use "Voronezh" yeast. The proven ones are "saf-moment" or "Lviv" yeast. Yesterday I baked in a round bucket... couldn't get enough of the golden-brown loaf! Excellent design, good build quality. The bucket is attached to the axis and fixed by turning. Two forms and two paddles for kneading. The buttons are blocked after 5 minutes. works. Question about Gorenje BM900AL Проблемы с дисплеем
Стал показывать дисплей непонятные символы на всех программах, кроме 1ой и 7ой. Иногда горят все символы, присутствующие на дисплее. Но программы работают. Подозреваю проблему с питанием дисплея (отсутствие стабильных 5 вольт). Есть рекомендации?
