A fairly advanced and multifunctional bread maker, designed to make homemade bread in the form of a classic brick loaf. The model allows you to bake flour products weighing 900 and 1200 g. Additionally, the device can be used simply for kneading dough, as well as baking sweet muffins, there is even a separate mode for making jam. In total, the manufacturer provides 12 different cooking programs.

The machine allows you to bake various types of bread, from classic wheat and French to sweet and gluten-free. The Gorenje BM1210BK bread maker is equipped with a double spatula for kneading dough, which allows you to knead the consistency with high quality. The dough does not crumple, there is no flour left in the corners. The device uses a heater with a power of 800 W, three degrees of roasting are provided: light, medium and strong.

To create a toasted crust on the surface of the bread, you just need to select the appropriate baking mode, which is activated by pressing a separate button. The lid of the bread maker has a viewing window through which you can visually control the cooking process. The tray for kneading dough and baking is made of steel with a high-quality enamel coating. There is a mode of delay of start of preparation till 12 o'clock.
