The model has a fairly large non-stick baking bowl, which, among other things, allows you to get loaves of bread weighing up to 1350 grams (two smaller weight options are also available - 0.9 and 1.15 kg). Especially to ensure quick and even dough preparation in the mold, two blades and, accordingly, a pair of kneading paddles are included in the kit.

And a fairly powerful 850-watt heater is responsible for quickly achieving the desired temperature indicators during baking. The Gorenje BM1350W bread maker supports 14 automatic programs, including two quick modes. Users can bake French, wheat, rye, gluten-free, whole grain or sweet bread with minimal involvement in the process. There is also a program for making yogurt, jam, cakes and other baked goods. In addition to choosing the weight of the loaf, you can set one of three degrees of browning - from light to dark and / or use the delayed start timer. In addition to the usual viewing window and push-button control panel with a display, the model is equipped with a dispenser for automatically adding seeds, raisins, nuts and other ingredients.
