As one consultant in the household appliance store said, you shouldn't focus on the brand, it's a "hit or miss" system. My Delfa worked for about 5 years without hiccups and problems. It was purchased for 289 UAH at Foxtrot during a promotion, the cheapest one. We're not gourmets, I bake the simplest bread from recipes, sometimes I replace one of the four measuring cups of flour with rye flour. Took a Borodinsky recipe from my daughter, it turns out well. Now the bucket bushing is broken, I'll change it when I have the time. Yes, in the winter, the voltage in the network is low, so I use a stabilizer; without it, it doesn’t rise well due to lack of temperature. Overall - very satisfied! i’ve been using it for 6 months, during which time I’ve managed to cook a lot of things in it, I bake regular bread and French bread, both very tasty!!! I made different jams: strawberry, apricot, raspberry, black cherry and sour cherry, everything turned out great, the most important thing is not to stand over it like over a bowl before, but put all the berries, sugar and some kind of thickener and went somewhere for a while and then poured it into jars and that’s it. I also I often bake different types of cupcakes, but you have to look for recipes for them on the Internet, I also baked Easter cakes, they turned out great, you couldn’t tell them from the oven, and I kneaded the dough and yeast and so on for dumplings, it all works out, you just have to get the hang of it. In general, I advise everyone to buy an excellent bread maker!!! a small price for a good bread maker, easy to use, a good baking dish, a convenient measuring spoon on one side, a tea spoon on the other. i haven’t found it yet, everything suits me.
