Powerful heating zone
Glass-ceramic hob with oven Gorenje EC 6121 WD of a popular Balkan manufacturer of household appliances has a high heating power of the hob and oven. The hob is equipped with 4 High-Light burners of different power: 1 zone for 1.2 kW, 2 zones for 1.8 kW and a large heating zone for 2.3 kW. The heating power of the hob zones is adjusted in steps on a scale from 1 to 6. Each burner has an indicator of residual heat, and for the oven — indicators of operation and the inclusion of the heating element. On the side surfaces of the oven there are 4 embossed guides for installing the grate and 2 baking sheets (shallow and deep) that come with the stove. At the bottom of the appliance is a drawer for storing accessories. Depending on the cooking conditions, you can use either one heater or both at once, increasing the heating power and the speed of frying the dish until a golden crust is obtained. When you select any cooking mode in the oven, the illumination of the internal volume automatically turns on. Unfortunately, this model lacks a convection mode, which would expand the capabilities of the stove.
