Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 16 GB / LTE
Photos 8 | Outdated Product 10 547 ₴ An advanced 10-inch tablet computer with powerful hardware and a good screen. The display boasts an IPS-matrix and a resolution of 1920x1200, which in total provides a pixel density of 224 ppi — this is quite enough for comfortable surfing the Internet, watching movies and performing other classic tablet tasks. At the same time, the device from the box is running Android 7.0 — the newest version of the popular operating system at the time the technology was released. But “under the hood” of Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 LTE 16GB there is an 8-core central processor, a video accelerator and 3 GB of RAM at once – this configuration is enough for both daily work and games. It is important to pay attention to the support of 3G and 4G, as well as the Wi-Fi module of the 802.11ac standard with a da...ta transfer rate of more than 1 Gbps. The front camera has an 8-megapixel matrix and autofocus, but for some reason it lacks a flash. Also, the disadvantages include the lack of a slot for memory cards, while the built-in capacity is limited to 16 GB (but there are also modifications to 32 and 64 GB on the market). Despite the large screen and a fairly solid hardware, the product is thin and light — the width of the case is just over 7 mm, and the total weight is at the level of 310 g. |

If you are already buying a tablet for home and family, then you should choose a really worthwhile model with a large and high-quality screen. You can save, but only within reasonable limits. Buy a slightly outdated model today and tomorrow it will no longer be good for anything. This tablet turned out to be the most balanced of the inexpensive ones. My previous tablet also had a good IPS screen, but this model's display is not just good, it's wonderful. The resolution of the 10-inch matrix is 1920x1080, which gives the highest pixel density - 224 ppi. The quality of the screen is really comparable to the famous Apple Retina Display. The rich and bright color from any viewing angle did not leave either my wife or daughter indifferent; everyone liked the screen. In addition, it has a very good multi-touch, touches are processed accurately and positionally clearly. The inside of the tablet is also completely usable. It runs on a 4-core processor from the American company Qualcomm, is equipped with 3 gigabytes of RAM, 16 gigabytes of permanent memory (expandable with microSDHC cards) and the latest, seventh version of Android. The system and applications work stably and quite quickly. Small glitches and lags do occur, but I attribute this to the recent and insufficiently optimized firmware. This happens even with Huawei, but as a rule, then updated versions are released, in which 995 software problems are successfully fixed. The tablet is equipped with 3G and 4G(LTE) modules, as well as a navigation unit that can work with any common navigation systems (GPS, Glonas, Beidou). The battery is also not bad; for such a detailed, beautiful and bright screen, battery life is quite acceptable. For some reason, the speed of working over WiFi with my home 802.11ac router does not provide the promised super speed. They don't want to connect to the 5 gigahertz band at all. Performance is not enough for modern 3D games (( |
My previous home tablet was nine-inch (9.4 inches to be exact), but had a resolution of only 1280x800 pixels. The matrix was of very high quality, but the dots were visible to the naked eye and the screen physically could not fully display Full HD video. Therefore, when choosing a new tablet, I paid close attention to the screen. I took the version without 3G and Wi-Fi, because at home they are not needed anyway - the Internet is obtained from an access point, and on the road my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 can be an access point. In general, this tablet is pleasant in all respects. He simply does not have any bright and pronounced shortcomings. But among the advantages, you should first of all mention the screen. The large (10.1 inches) and high-quality IPS matrix has a resolution of 1920x1080 and provides excellent detail at the level of the Apple iPad with their Retina. Color rendition, saturation, viewing angles – everything is at the highest level. I had a good screen from LG on my previous tablet, but this one is just a bomb. It works quite quickly, the performance is driven by a modern 8-core Snapdragon 435 with 3 gigs of RAM and 32 permanent memory. Since it mainly runs streaming video from the network or from my home server, there is enough memory. Whatever I run on it, no matter how many windows I open in Chrome, there is always free memory. The tablet has a stylish and thin metal body and a fairly durable battery. The processor is good in general and multimedia applications, but in modern games at this screen resolution it is weak. So I wouldn’t recommend it to fans of games with advanced 3D graphics. When connecting flash drives via OTG, it does not recognize all models. True, this may not be his fault, but a defect in the adapter or Chinese flash drives |
The orientation of the 10-inch tablet to work with multimedia can be traced directly in the model name, where the MediaPad prefix appears. It encodes the name of the line of tablets of the eminent Chinese brand, sharpened for browsing the Internet, watching videos and performing other everyday tasks.
Multimedia
The performance of the tablet in everyday work is provided by an 8-core chip of the entry-level Snapdragon 435, which is assisted by 3 GB of “RAM”. In the AnTuTu test, such a bundle is gaining about 45K points — a decent result for a multimedia device. If you wish, you can play on it, but not in the most resource-intensive games. Permanent memory in the younger version of Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 LTE has only 16 GB, but the modest amount of built-in storage is partly offset by microSD support (the memory card slot is combined with a “seat” for SIM).
Data transfer
"Simka" is used on board the tablet to organize access to the World Wide Web via mobile data networks 3G and LTE. An alternative to it is a high-speed Wi-Fi module of the 802.11ac standard (data exchange at speeds over 1 Gbps). Complement the list of communication modules equipped with Bluetooth and GPS models.
Quality screen
The tablet has got a 10.1-inch screen with an optimal resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. Although individual pixels are visible on it from a close distance, they practically do not affect the integrity of the perception of the picture. In addition, the IPS-matrix of the device should be praised for the correct colour reproduction and a large supply of brightness. Under the display on a wide bottom frame is a smart fingerprint scanner with a touch layer, which allows you to use it as a navigation key (swipe control).
Acoustics Harman/Kardon
The multimedia orientation of the model is emphasized by a quartet of loud stereo speakers from Harman / Kardon, one of the world leaders in the field of building acoustic systems. The built-in speakers deliver loud and clear sound, comparable to some portable speakers. The whole thing is powered by a 6660 mAh battery — in conjunction with not the most “gluttonous” electronic “hardware”, it allows the gadget to last without recharging for 7-8 hours of activity. And otherwise, the media device is not particularly required.
