Удобный такой малогабаритный генератор для небольшой нагрузки. Мы его используем для работ по диагностике работоспособности станций катодной защиты магистральных трубопроводов. Сначала хотели взять двухкиловаттную модель, но вовремя спохватились и обратили внимание на вес. Одно дело таскать 20 кг, и совсем другое дело, когда нужно носить вес килограммов 40-50. Мощности же нам и так и так хватает, все оборудование для диагностики потребляет не больше 400 Вт, так что именно этот генератор подошел как нельзя лучше. Маленький по размерам. Легкий, по сравнению с более мощными моделями, вес всего 20 кг. Благодаря небольшому объему и площадям трения его легко провернуть, поэтому он легко запускается при любой температуре. Расход бензина мизерный около 0,3-0,4 литров в час. Шумит прилично, но намного меньше двухкиловаттников. Есть защита генератора от КЗ и перегрузки. Закреплен на крепкой и удобной для переноски трубчатой раме. Двухтактный двигатель со своей дурацкой системой смазывания, предусматривающей добавку масла прямо к топливу. Через полгода после начала эксплуатации (а работает он пять дней в неделю, не менее чем по два часа в день) начались проблемы. Двигатель стал работать нестабильно, захлебывался и глох. Отвезли в сервис по гарантии. Там ничего не смогли сделать и списали все на не гарантийный случай использования неправильного масла (лили правильное!). Я нашел хорошего мастера по подобным ДВС, он послушал захлебывающийся движок и сразу подсказал, в чем дело. Разобрали и действительно – не полностью сгорающее масло из горючего забивает вход в глушитель сажей и двигатель фактически "душит" сам себя. По совету мастера чуток рассверлил отверстия пламегасителя и уже семь месяцев нормального полета. |

Low fuel consumption
The main feature of the Korean unit is low fuel consumption — only 400 mL per hour. Thus, the generator is able to work up to 10 hours with a full tank (4 L) at 50% load (about 400 W). This is very useful if the lights were turned off from evening to morning, but you want to watch TV or surf the Internet. The device is quite compact, so it will easily fit into the boot of a car. The engine power of 850 W is enough for a small tool, such as a grinder, a jigsaw or a drill, as well as for a couple of car refrigerators to go on a picnic. In addition, you can power the microwave and blender. But for welding, you should look at more powerful three-phase models. Also, the engine is 2-stroke, so you always need to follow the exact proportion of oil and gasoline (mixed in advance) in order to avoid failure of the piston system.
Automatic shutdown in case of overloads
The generator is equipped with an automatic shutdown function. At a high load (above the nominal), it turns off the engine, thereby preventing its breakdown. The fuel level indicator signals the remaining gasoline in the tank, so you can always top up on time. Unlike its more expensive counterparts, the Hyundai HHY960A does not have a noise-canceling shroud, so the consumer will have to put up with a loud sound (like a compressor). Also, the model has only one outlet for connecting equipment, so for two or more items you will need a tee or extension cord.
Design features of the device
A nice addition to the complete set of the device is a cable with terminals for charging the car battery. The case is equipped with rather uncomfortable wheels — during operation, due to vibration, the device “dances” on the surface. Because of this, the generator must be placed on a non-slip surface. However, this disadvantage is compensated by the relatively low price of the model.
