Here's the thing with people here. After reading all kinds of nonsense, they go to the store to look and touch, because for some, the stroller is perfect, but right here on the site, every second person has issues. I don't know who writes what here and whose handles are cracking, but the handle is indeed designed in such a way that you can only break it by pulling it upwards, as if lifting the stroller. I don't know how you can do that. Those who go to see it in the store will understand what I mean; it's hard to describe. Someone mentioned below about unfair competition, and it really seems like it, with people who haven't even seen it leaving comments. In fact, the stroller is way better than all the junk priced at 8-9-10 hryvnias. You take it for a spin and feel the difference. It's also unclear how the frame can break, but that's something only experience can tell. And we don't have it yet, so let's skip it. BUT! As for the warranty, which is causing everyone a headache here, the warranty card we received in the store has the address and phone number of the service in Kyiv. But here, everyone's searching for them and not seeing it. How come? It's unclear... everything is written in Ukrainian in big letters. I specifically called the number to check if the warranty card was fake—they said yes, they do repairs and immediately offered to bring the stroller for diagnostics. I don't understand why everyone here is having such a flop, I guess they must have bought a second-hand one. In general, for everyone considering this stroller, I recommend going to the store and checking it out with your eyes and hands, not just reading reviews. Thankfully, finding them is not a problem in big cities. We made our choice, and the store only confirmed it right. You can make a list of a million points, the pushchair is head and shoulders above all Polish ones in terms of convenience.
